Patricia Armstrong is a graduate of the National Program of the McGill Faculty of Law (LLB/BCL '91). She worked in the corporate/commercial and research departments of Stikeman, Elliot and Goodmans, and for six years was the Research Counsel for the CIBC legal department. She has extensive experience in corporate governance, commercial and banking law, and research on a host of areas of public policy.
